Deposits and Cancellations

 

Upon booking your party, a deposit of 50% of the estimated party cost is required to confirm your party date.  This deposit is non-refundable.

 

Payment

 

We must have a guaranteed count 10 days prior to your event.  The bill will be based on the final guarantee even if fewer guests than expected should attend.

 

Payment  for the balance of the cost of the party is due upon the conclusion of your function.  We accept cash and all major credit cards.  Personal checks are not accepted.

 **Please Note: a 15% Gratuity will be added to total bill for food and drink**

$100 Private Room Fee

$ 50 Server Fee

Minimum People ~ 25

 

Agreements & Responsibilities

 

Patrons assume responsibility for any   damage caused to the Roost by their guests.  We reserve the right to terminate a function if unsafe conditions for the guests and staff should arise.  We ask that no confetti, glitter, etc. be used in our facility or on our premises.
